$5 Flat Rate Shipping on all US Domestic Orders! xo

US Domestic Shipping: Packages shipping directly from our storefront will be fully insured with delivery confirmation through the USPS. Once a shipping label has been created for your package, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to be scanned into the USPS system for tracking.

Local Pickup: We have two store locations available for free local pickups. Cordial Lee is located at 10880 Hwy 44 E in Mount Washington, Kentucky and at 9040 Taylorsville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. By selecting "LOCAL PICKUP" as the shipping option during checkout, items will NOT be shipped; therefore this option is meant only for local residents or those willing to travel to our location. We will contact you when your order is ready. Thank you!

Multiple Shipments: Because some of our items may come from different manufacturers, your delivery may come in several shipments and at several different times. Shipping times will vary due to manufacturer locations and carrier methods. We are bound by the policies of each vendor first and foremost.

Shipping Time: Most Non-personalized items will be processed and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Most Personalized items will be processed and ready for shipping within 2 weeks. Processing times may vary around holidays, so it is always best to order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

Rush Orders: Most personalized orders take approximately 1 week for production, and up to 2 weeks during peak seasons. If you need an order shipped sooner than our normal processing time, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order for an additional charge. However, we cannot change an order to rush status once it has been placed. If the item has already been ordered with the manufacturer, we cannot refund the purchase due to delivery issues.

Order Tracking: At any time, you may log into our website to view your order status. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email that includes a tracking number.

Returns: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
