Returns

Personalized Items: Personalized and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned, with the exception of a manufacturer's defect that must be reported within 30 days of the date you placed the order. Additionally, once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Submit Order" button. Be sure to follow the personalization instructions for each item and CAREFULLY re-check your order before submitting it. For monograms, we will place the initials in the EXACT order you provide them in.

 

Non-Personalized Items: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your order date. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all online order returns. Items must be in brand new condition just as you received them and in the original packaging with tags attached. Items that appear worn, washed, or have stains, deodorant, make-up, pet hair, odors, etc. will not be accepted. For your benefit, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or not delivered to us. Returns should be mailed to the following address and must include a sales receipt with order number:

Final Sale Items:  Jewelry, Derby Hats, Derby Fascinators, Derby Hat Embellishments (feathers, etc) are Final Sale items and may not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How are errors handled? Orders with errors made on our behalf will be remade at no charge and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that include an error made on behalf of the customer will be remade at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply.

 

Out of Stock Items: Occasionally, items may be on back-order, out of stock, or even discontinued by the manufacturer. Although they try their best to keep us informed, it may happen without our knowing. At that time, an alternate item or full refund will be offered for any item that is unavailable at the time of your order.

 

Warranty: We do not offer a replacement or refund on any item outside of the 30 day return window, beginning from the day the order was placed. We feel this gives adequate time to receive the item and fully inspect it for the following reasons, including but not limited to damages, flaws, manufacturer defects, etc. Any damages, defects, etc. reported after the 30 day return window will be considered normal wear and tear. Additionally, normal to excessive wear and tear on an item within the 30 day return window is NOT considered a manufacturer's defect. Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and/or computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
