Personalized Items: Personalized and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned, with the exception of a manufacturer's defect that must be reported within 30 days of the date you placed the order. Additionally, once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Submit Order" button. Be sure to follow the personalization instructions for each item and CAREFULLY re-check your order before submitting it. For monograms, we will place the initials in the EXACT order you provide them in.
Non-Personalized Items: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your order date. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all online order returns. Items must be in brand new condition just as you received them and in the original packaging with tags attached. Items that appear worn, washed, or have stains, deodorant, make-up, pet hair, odors, etc. will not be accepted. For your benefit, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or not delivered to us.
Production & Fulfillment Time: Most Non-personalized items will be processed and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Most Personalized items will be processed and ready for shipping within 2 weeks. Processing times may vary around holidays, so it is always best to order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
$5 Flat Rate US Shipping: Packages shipping directly from our storefront will be fully insured with delivery confirmation through the USPS. Once a shipping label has been created for your package, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to be scanned into the USPS system for tracking.
Local Pickup: We have 2 store locations available for free local pickups. By selecting "LOCAL PICKUP" as the shipping option during checkout, items will NOT be shipped; therefore this option is meant only for local residents or those willing to travel to our location.
