How do I add personalization to my order?

Personalization can be added to most items on our website by visiting the Services category.

Select the type of personalization you want for each item in your shopping cart and leave any special instructions. Please note we do not include the price of personalization on any item unless specified otherwise. Depending on the type of personalization selected, the price is ranges from $5-$20. If for some reason personalization is not available on the item selected, we will refund it back to you. 

 

How do I enter my initials for a monogram?

We request that you enter your initials in the exact order they will appear on the item.

  • Traditional monograms for women are in the order of first, LAST, middle with the center initial larger. For example, Susan Ann Parker is sPa.
  • Traditional monograms for men are in the order of first, middle, last with all initials being the same size.
  • For a couple's monogram, the order is wife's first initial, Last name, husband's first initial. For example, John and Beth Miller will be bMj.

Now obviously rules are meant to be broken. If you prefer a different order for any reason, go for it! It's your monogram after all. If you have any questions or if this information is not clear, please Contact Us prior to ordering or visit our Personalization Guide

 

How long will my order take?

Our standard production time on in-stock items is 1-2 weeks, which does not include shipping and transit times. During the holidays or busy seasons, production times can run a little longer. Special Order items (items we do not produce in-house) tend to take longer, and if so, we will specify in the individual item description.

If you need an item sooner than the standard production time, we recommend placing a rush order to guarantee your order by a certain date. Rush charges range between $5 and $10 per item plus the cost of expedited shipping if required. Prior to placing a rush order, please contact us over the phone to confirm a rush status is available on the item/s you wish to purchase. (502) 538-9306

 

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We drop ship many items directly from the manufacturer to you, ensuring you the quickest and least expensive delivery possible. For this reason, you may receive your order in several shipments, especially if the items ordered are from different manufacturers. But no matter how many manufacturers you use, you only pay for shipping one time at check-out.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

Because we are located in Kentucky, state law requires us to collect 6% sales tax on both the item and any shipping costs involved. This law applies only to customers using a Kentucky billing or shipping address. 

 

Can I use a coupon code?

Of course! We do accept any current coupon code that is provided to you directly from Cordial Lee. To redeem a code, simply enter the code in the coupon code box at time of checkout. All coupon codes, voucher codes, gift certificates, etc. must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply any discount code once a payment has been processed.

We do NOT accept coupon codes from third party websites such as RetailMeNot.com, couponcodes.com, promocodes.com, etc.


Will you monogram items NOT purchased from Cordial Lee?

Sure will! If you're local, we invite you to bring in customer supplied items to be monogrammed, starting at just $12 per item. Bulk discounts are available if you're supplying more than 12 items and they're all getting the same design. This is perfect for sports teams and businesses.

 

Can you stitch pictures or clip art?

Due to an extremely high order volume, we can no longer accommodate custom applique t-shirts (birthday shirts) or embroidery designs. We've narrowed our offerings to lettering only to ensure the quickest production times possible for our monogramming and personalization customers. We're thrilled to be your monogram specialists!
